EasternAussie.au deconstructs "hilarious" claims
EasternAussie.au today posted an article to the humiliation of absent contractor Santino Romano. Romano had earlier in the day claimed that he had the wounds to prove that he had sustained gunshot injuries as he has been claiming for weeks now. Dollar, the most vocal critic of Romano's claims, appears to be vindicated by EAW fans' representative Tuck, who runs EasternAussie.au and has posted a blog detailing his amusement at Romano's claims that his "shooting" was covered in newspapers and on television. Tuck provides a comprehensive hunt across all the Australian dailies and backs it up with a Google search, neither coming up with a single valid hit for a story on Romano being gunned down as he claims. Tuck calls Romano's story "hilarious". It appears that the whole episode was, as Dollar has repeatedly insisted, a sorry excuse for an absence without the front office's approval.
